Our client a Top Tier 1 Main contractor are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major Data Centre project in Dublin, Ireland for a high profile multi national client.
Key responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise cashflow and margin. You will also support the Project team with Commercial and Contractual expertise. Assess, review and mitigate Commercial and Contractual risks and implement the Groups policies for risk management. Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports. Value works executed by Sub-Contractors and certify interim and final payments.
